METABOLIC CONDITIONING

This is our high energy, metabolic conditioning (MetCon) class that will leave you gasping for air! A varied programme and wide range of movements will deliver the best possible results. Classes may include single, longer duration workouts or, perhaps, two or three shorter ones designed to boost all aspects of your conditioning.

HOW LONG DOES METCON LAST?

MetCon classes run for one hour and will include a warm-up and movement prep for the workout ahead.

HOW WILL METCON BENEFIT ME?

Our MetCon classes provide a great way to gain and maintain cardiovascular fitness without spending hours on the treadmill or moving from station to station every 45 seconds. Each session is designed to be different and will burn a ton of calories in a wide variety of workout formats.
